Before Your Visit

During Your Visit

What to expect

Our staff will greet you at reception and direct you to your loved one's room or to a communal area. Feel free to spend time together in any of our comfortable lounges, gardens, or in their private accommodation.

Facilities available

We have comfortable seating areas, a café with refreshments, and beautiful gardens where you can enjoy time together. Please feel free to use any of these facilities during your visit.

Photography and media

We respect privacy and dignity. Photography is only permitted with the consent of the resident being photographed.

Special Occasions

We understand that special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries are important. We're happy to help facilitate celebrations. If you'd like to arrange something special, please speak to our team in advance and we'll work with you to make it memorable.
